And these, which we could not write up properly
Named rather than left out, because leaving them out would look like they had gone.
Weymouth Camping and Caravan Park
Martleaves Farm, Wyke Regis
A separate business from Pebble Bank, confirmed at Companies House. Their site would not let us read it.
Wobble's Camping
Putton Lane, Chickerell
A small independent site with its own website that would not let us read it.
Bincombe Bumps Camping
Bincombe
Named after the Bronze Age barrows above it. Their site would not let us read it.
Portesham Dairy Farm
Portesham
Open all year for touring and seasonal, with a 24 hour vending shop. The address on their own site reads oddly for a farm, so it wants checking before we print it.
Osmington Mills Corner Campsite
Osmington Mills
Tents only, £14 a night, but open only a few weeks a year and they publish no address or phone number.
Ringstead Bay Camping
Ringstead
Tents and bell tents with a cafe on site. They publish no address, and their site currently says closed until next season.
Where this came from
Every line was read off the site's own website, or off the Caravan and Motorhome Club's or the Camping and Caravanning Club's own listing where a site has no website. Nothing came from Pitchup, Cool Camping or Tripadvisor: those are other people's directories and a good deal of what is on them is years out of date. A blank means the site has not published it, not that the answer is no. Seasons and prices move, so ring before a long drive.
