More about CMH Leadwork & Roofing Services Ltd
Roofing and leadwork done properly, since 2005
The name gives away the speciality. Leadwork is the part of a roof that most often goes wrong and most often gets done badly, and it is the part Craig is known for. Everything else on the roof follows from that: repairs, chimneys, flat roofs, guttering and full re-roofs.
Because the person who quotes the job is the person who does it, you get a straight answer about what a roof needs and what it does not.
Over thirty five years of roofing and specialist leadwork behind it, working out of Abbotsbury along this stretch of the Dorset coast and inland to Dorchester.
What they do
Roof repairs
Leaks traced to the source and put right. Slipped and broken slates and tiles, ridge and hip work, storm damage and valleys.
Leadwork
Specialist lead flashings, valleys, chimney work, bay and porch roofs and dormers, using the correct code of lead and traditional detailing.
Chimney work
Re-pointing, re-flaunching, new flashings, pots and cowls, and reducing or removing redundant stacks.
GRP flat roofing
Seamless fibreglass flat roofs for extensions, garages, dormers and balconies. No joins, no seams, nothing to lift in the wind.
Guttering, fascias and soffits
Gutter repairs, clearing and full replacement, plus new PVC-u fascias, soffits and downpipes.
Re-roofing and new roofs
Complete re-roofs in slate, clay or concrete tile, and new roofs on extensions and new builds.
