Around 3.8 km on level gravel paths between the seafront, the play areas and the edge of the RSPB reserve. Nothing steep, plenty of benches, and the sea wall along Preston Beach Road for the way back. It floods in places after heavy rain, so a wet week means wellies or the sea wall instead.
